Become Your Own Best Health Advocate - Esther Sarlo

Season #2

Esther and her team have created Mynd Myself as a response to a profound lack of centralized access to credible health information from Complementary, Holistic, and Integrative (CHI) perspectives. Yes, information is everywhere but it can be very difficult to wade through and determine what and who can be trusted vs what is misleading or false. As a trusted source for information and connection to vetted, experienced, and outstanding Practitioners, Mynd Myself’s ‘prime directive’ is to support YOU in becoming your own best health advocate. Helping you to feel safe, seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your health journey. As the cornerstone of the game-changing holistic health website, Esther is the catalyst for creating this beautiful space where healing, connections, and collaborations emerge. Esther is an entrepreneur, facilitator, speaker, and writer who is passionately committed to making it easier for you to live…and speak…your most authentic life…Because YOU matter! This series is dedicated to my dearest friend Alice McCauley who's voice is on the intro and outro of this podcast. Alice passed over recently in the summer of 2025. I miss her dreadfully and am near to tears when I hear her voice at the beginning and end of each podcast but then I remember all the fun times we had together and am grateful that she came into my life.
